This practice is for everyone and anyone who wants to skate!  Our league coach, Quiet Riot, will lead this practice touching on various skills for all levels. There will be a scrimmage after the skills portion, you need to be benchmarked to partake in the scrimmage.

There is a $10 drop in fee for skaters from outside of the league.

This is a Co-ed event.

Juniors level 3 are welcome.

You need proof of valid sport insurance *(your insurance must be valid when skating with juniors)* and full protective gear (helmet, elbow pads, wrist guards, knee pads, quad skates and Mouth guard)
