DESCRIPTION:Rocky View Roller Derby Association is hosting a showcase game in Cochrane at the Spray Lake Sawmills Family Sports Center. This game is in support of the Big Hill Haven Women’s Shelter. Entry is by donation\, all proceeds will go to the shelter. There will be a bake table for munchies during the game. \nRVRDA’s home teams go head to head in this game\, look out cause we know all your tricks!!

DESCRIPTION:This practice is for everyone and anyone who wants to skate!  Our league coach\, Quiet Riot\, will lead this practice touching on various skills for all levels. There will be a scrimmage after the skills portion\, you need to be benchmarked to partake in the scrimmage. \nThere is a $10 drop in fee for skaters from outside of the league. \nThis is a Co-ed event. \nJuniors level 3 are welcome. \nYou need proof of valid sport insurance and full protective gear (helmet\, elbow pads\, wrist guards\, knee pads\, quad skates and Mouth guard) \nCome join us at our sponsor Boston Pizza after practice for some snacks and drinks! \n
