DESCRIPTION:This practice is for everyone and anyone who wants to skate!  Our league coach\, Quiet Riot\, will lead this practice touching on various skills for all levels. There will be a scrimmage after the skills portion\, you need to be benchmarked to partake in the scrimmage. \nThere is a $10 drop in fee for skaters from outside of the league. \nThis is a Co-ed event. \nJuniors level 3 are welcome. \nYou need proof of valid sport insurance and full protective gear (helmet\, elbow pads\, wrist guards\, knee pads\, quad skates and Mouth guard) \nCome join us at our sponsor Boston Pizza after practice for some snacks and drinks! \n

This give fresh meat a chance to level up a little when we all skate together and they get a taste for the benchmarked practice. \n  \nDon’t forget to bring running shoes for dry land warm-ups.
