There will be a scrimmage after the skills portion\, you need to be benchmarked to partake in the scrimmage. \nThere is a $10 drop in fee for skaters from outside of the league. \nThis is a Co-ed event. \nJuniors level 3 are welcome. \nYou need proof of valid sport insurance and full protective gear (helmet\, elbow pads\, wrist guards\, knee pads\, quad skates and Mouth guard) \nCome join us at our sponsor Boston Pizza after practice for some snacks and drinks! \n
